Keeping perspective on the world around me is important. I would like to develop a more mindful approach to the everyday aspects of my life. Understanding and being aware of the world and it’s wonders will be a key goal in 2016.
Physical well-being is the mirror of emotional well-being. Following a Yin & Yang approach to complete well-being, this portion of the experiment will focus on developing a healthy body to maintain peak performance in all aspects of my life.
A healthy person is a more productive person. This section deals with my approaches to nutrition and eating as it fuels my tranformation into the best me possible.

Throughout the experiment, I will be trialing different forms of meditation to see how they affect my productivity, state of mind, and overall well-being. From Yoga to Transcendental, I will try whatever I can to judge the impact.
I believe that a big part of anyone’s well-being should include service to others. This will serve as a journal of the activities and decisions I make that act to serve other people. Whether the community is near or far, giving of yourself is the greatest gift possible.
Life cannot be solely given to work and productivity. We also need to balance our drive and ambition with solace and happiness. I will highlight my passions and how I am incorporating them into my everyday life in hopes of keeping a fresh and happy perspective on the world.
